Congratulations to Jason, who has recently completed his NEBOSH Certificate with flying colours and now
moves on to an NVQ Level 6, which will allow access to Chartered membership of IOSH at a future date.
Andrew is conducting LEV Statutory inspections/LEV design and installation following P602 training earlier
this year.
We continue to strengthen our abilities and knowledge to provide competent support to our clients.
Recent inspections on construction sites focus on moving/Handling Materials. Starting on Monday 3 October 2022, site inspections focusing on moving and handling construction materials will be checking employers and workers know the risks, plan their work and are using sensible control measures to protect workers
from injuries and aches, pain and discomfort in joints, muscles and bones known as musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs).
Inspectors are also focusing on Asbestos control in and around schools. The inspections will be assessing
how schools are managing the risks from asbestos within the school estate and meeting the ‘duty to manage’ (DTM) requirements under Regulation 4 of the Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012 (CAR).
